Where do you work? What is your role with the organization?
I am the site Operations Manager for Iron Mountain Reno & Boise.
What drew you to records management/information governance originally?
I re-located to Northern Nevada and found Iron Mountain during my job search. With that, it was the move that connected me with the opportunity.
What do you like most about records management/information governance?
The process of organizing as you set up and maintain information management systems. I am an ‘organizer” by nature and enjoy that process.
What advice do you have for newcomers to our industry?
Continue to learn, stay curious and build relationships
